What data do we collect?
Our Company collects the following data:

You directly provide Ordrestyring ApS with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

The legislation provides the option to either delete data that can be linked to a private individual or anonymize the relevant data. At Ordrestyring, we have chosen the latter model, anonymization.
This means that the mentioned data, upon request or after a specified time interval, is anonymized by overwriting the data with the word 'Deleted' or the number '0', depending on the type of data unit.
As a starting point, data should automatically be overwritten when there is no longer a relevant basis for retaining them. The wording in the legislation is very vague, but we have chosen a starting point of 3 months (90 days) from the last editing date, after which an automatic overwriting takes place, unless the data is still in use.
The data is considered in use if other legislation, such as accounting laws, prevent us from overwriting it, or when the data is still being updated, for example, when creating new orders or similar.
Marketing
Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Ordrestyring ApS from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the HVD Group.
